- Project photographs — typically dozens to hundreds of photos throughout the project, documenting the original condition, the work in progress, and the final result
- Manufacturer specifications — every product installed per its manufacturer’s published requirements

- Long-term follow-up — where projects are old enough, we report on actual performance over time
