What We Hire For
Blue Truss is a growing roofing company headquartered in Conroe, Texas, serving The Woodlands, Conroe, Montgomery, Tomball, Spring, and Cypress. We’re always looking for talented, accountable, customer-focused people across four primary roles. All positions are full-time W-2 with full benefits.
Roofing Technician / Field Installation Crew
Install premium CertainTeed and GAF roofing systems to manufacturer-certified standards. Work alongside an experienced Blue Truss W-2 crew on residential roof replacements, repairs, and storm damage projects. Roofing experience preferred but not required — Blue Truss invests in training the right people.
Project Manager (W-2, On-Site)
Run jobs from start to finish. Be the dedicated W-2 project manager on every Blue Truss install — first nail to final cleanup, every day. Communicate with homeowners, coordinate the crew, document the install, and ensure every Blue Truss standard is met. The reason customers love working with us.
Sales Consultant
Conduct roof inspections, walk homeowners through findings honestly, and recommend the right scope of work — repair when repair makes sense, replacement when it’s the honest answer. Build long-term relationships in The Woodlands community. CertainTeed and GAF training provided.
Office & Administrative Staff
Support the Blue Truss team behind the scenes — customer service, scheduling, project coordination, billing, and the day-to-day operations that keep a roofing company running. Detail-oriented, customer-focused, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
