I'm Gavin Jackson, a Project Manager with Blue Truss, driven by an energetic, customer-first approach to every job. Born into a military family at Fort Bragg, I grew up moving between military communities before eventually settling in Texas — experiences that shaped my adaptability, discipline, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

I earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from McNeese State University and started my career in the insurance industry, gaining hands-on experience in claims, property damage assessment, and customer advocacy. That foundation prepared me to step into the roofing and restoration industry — where I now serve as Project Manager at Blue Truss, recently voted #1 Best of The Woodlands 2026. As a CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster Master Craftsman and GAF Steep Slope Certified professional, I help homeowners navigate the roofing and insurance restoration process after storm damage and property loss.

At the heart of my work is communication, transparency, and trust. Whether I'm walking a homeowner through their first inspection, coordinating a crew on a build day, or making sure every detail is handled the right way, my goal is simple: to deliver a smooth, low-stress experience that earns trust for life.

I'm Zachary Maxwell, a Project Manager with Blue Truss, focused on bringing a patient, expert-driven approach to every roofing project I oversee. I believe great roofing work is built on more than craftsmanship — it requires clear communication, careful attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to making every homeowner feel comfortable and informed throughout the process.

As a CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster Master Craftsman and GAF Steep Slope Certified professional, I bring manufacturer-trained expertise to every job at Blue Truss, recently voted #1 Best of The Woodlands 2026 — ensuring installations meet the highest industry standards and qualify for the strongest available warranties.

My approach is calm, methodical, and patient. Whether I'm walking a homeowner through their first inspection, coordinating a crew on-site, or making sure every detail is handled the right way, my goal is simple: to deliver a smooth, transparent, stress-free experience from start to finish.

I'm Jason Howanec, Founder and CEO of Blue Truss Roofing. I built this company on a simple premise: The Woodlands and Conroe deserved a roofing contractor that combined genuine craftsmanship with uncompromising honesty — no high-pressure sales, no deductible games, no shortcuts. Zero deposit. You say when you pay.

As a dual-certified CertainTeed ShingleMaster Premier (top 1% nationally) and GAF Master Elite (under 2% of U.S. roofers) contractor, Blue Truss was named a Top 20 CertainTeed Contractor Nationally in 2025 and voted #1 Best of The Woodlands Roofing in both 2025 and 2026. I stay hands-on across every part of the business — from the first inspection conversation to final walkthrough — because that's how standards stay protected.

My family lives and works in this community. When you hire Blue Truss, you're not hiring a faceless contractor — you're hiring your neighbor, and I stake my name on every roof we install.
